Eligibility for Return & Refund

  • Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.

  • Returns are accepted only for orders made directly through www.tiwariwalkwear.com.

  • Footwear must be returned in the original shoe box and shipping carton.

  2. Ship the Product
    Send the product to the return address provided by our customer support team.

  3. Inspection & Approval
    Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of its approval status.

  4. Refund Process
    If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.



Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale and heavily discounted products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • Items that are used, damaged, or soiled will not be accepted.

  • Customized or made-to-order footwear is not eligible for return.

  • Any item that arrives defective or damaged must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to qualify for a return or replacement.
